1. A one-year subscription with access to all Option Impact's online survey reports immediately upon successful completion of data submission requirements.  Reporting includes:  Base salary, bonus, total equity and refresh benchmarks for all executive, staff and Board of Director equity and cash compensation, option pool data, merit budgets and more.

2. A customized one-time export to be produced by Radford with data selections available for any 30 job families from any of Radford's surveys.  You can get benchmark data from any or all of the US Benchmark, US Sales, US Executive, Global Life Sciences or International Technology surveys.  International job families from the Global Life Sciences or International Technology surveys will be limited to data selected for up to five (5) countries.

All quality surveys require companies to submit company data.  We know you are busy so our package is structured to maximize your time.  Just complete the company input for Option Impact and Advanced-HR will send the information to Radford for input.  One data submittal gets you access to two essential data sets.

Please Note:  All subscribers must be US privately-held companies in technology, life sciences, clean technology, alternative energy or services sectors with bona fide venture investors, preferred shares issued, an established option pool and equity issued to all executives.  Pre-seed or Spinout companies without venture capital are not eligible. This program is intended to assist privately-held companies with small to moderate operations that have not yet participated in Radford's US Benchmark, US Sales, US Executive, Global Life Sciences or International Tech surveys.  Companies with large operations or those that already participate in Radford's stated surveys are not eligible for this subscription.  

Once your participation agreement is received, Advanced-HR will provide you with a data order form for Radford and your Option Impact subscription information via email. Your company data must be successfully submitted to Option Impact and survey fees paid in full prior to receipt of Radford data.
