Participation Requirements and Survey Access
All surveys require companies to submit their data but we have limited the
survey participation requirements for this special package. Just submit
company information to Option Impact now and agree to participate in
Buck's Global Long-Term Incentive Practices (LTIP) survey within one (1) year
of their IPO.
Survey access will be provided as follows:

Survey data submission requirements will
be waived by Buck Consultant access to US data for the current year Buck's LTIP
Pay Survey. However, access to Bucks LTIP survey data will only be
available upon completion of data requirements for Option Impact.
Advanced-HR will notify Buck Consultants so that access can be provided to the
customer.

Within one (1) year of an Initial Public
Offering (IPO), the company will be required to participate in Buck
Consultant's LTIP Survey. Upon successful data submission, access to US
data will be provide to the then current year Buck LTIP (US only) Survey.
