| Basic Partnerships are automatically put in
place when a consulting practice subscribes to Option Impact
and agrees to the terms of the subscription. In agreeing to
the subscription terms, your firm guarantees that Option
Impact's data is only to be used for projects where clients
have subscribed to Option Impact themselves.

process for consulting firms. If you do not want to become an
Alliance Partner, simply click "NO" to the Reseller
Agreement in the subscription process.

Partner |
Alliance Partnerships provide consulting firms
with the ability to generate additional revenue. Alliance
partners initiate an online subscription to Option Impact on
behalf of their clients, invoice the client for the cost of
the subscription and keep 20% of the fee less any applicable
discounts.

addition to the benefits provided through basic access and
reseller features, Advanced-HR's products are provided in a
co-branded environment that builds the consulting firm's
brand each and every time a client uses the applications.
