Dee DiPietro
Founder and CEO
In founding Advanced-HR, Inc. in April 1997, Dee
DiPietro leveraged her decade of expertise with high-tech startup's stock and pay
issues. With more than 20 years' experience in business management,
her accomplishments are extensive. She has: Developed and managed
a highly successful human resources consulting practice for a small,
fast-paced firm (subsequently acquired by a public personnel services
company); served in senior human resources management positions
in Life Sciences and Information Sciences industries; and held
senior staff management positions in the managed health care industry.
Ms. DiPietro leads workshops in pre-IPO compensation and equity
design for organizations that educate entrepreneurs and venture
capitalists - enterprises such as the Software Development
Forum, Stanford Business School and the National Venture Capital
Association's VC Institute.
Prior to entering the business management field, Ms. DiPietro
conducted medical research in immunology at the University of California,
San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology
and Biochemistry.

David Carroll
Chief Technology Officer
Drawing from more than ten years experience in
Information Systems development and management, David Carroll created
the design and architecture of Advanced-HR's first database
in 1997. Since that time, he has turned his expertise to orchestrating
Option Impact's evolution from a hard copy system to an online,
real-time solution.
Mr. Carroll has served as I.S. consultant on projects spanning
a wide range of industries, including: The development and co-architecting
of an electronic bill presentment and payment system for VISA International;
and the design, implementation and management of a system for back-end
processing of a high-profile user reward campaign, for VISA International.
Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication
Design, with an emphasis on Information and Communication Systems.

Jeffrey Morrison
Vice President, Sales and Business Development
A veteran of the Silicon Valley
software and Internet services community, Jeffrey Morrison is using
his expertise to build a field sales force and develop partnerships
with Internet-based human resource service providers for
Advanced-HR. With more than 20 years experience in the Internet ASP,
application software, semiconductor, electronic distribution and
consulting industries, he has been on the senior management teams at
several Silicon Valley start-ups including Intacct Corporation,
NewMoon.com, Avistar Systems and Siren Software. Prior to working
with pre-IPO companies, Mr. Morrison held senior management and
sales management positions in the semiconductor and electronic
components industries with Future Electronics, National
Semiconductor and Allen-Bradley Company.
Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Debra Engel
Board of Advisors
As a tenured expert in managing human capital, Debra
Engel provides Advanced-HR with advisory assistance. Ms. Engel served
3Com as Senior Vice President for Corporate Services until 1998.
Prior to joining 3Com in 1983 as Vice President of Human Resources,
she held positions as Corporate Staffing Manager and as HR Manager
for Hewlett Packard.
Ms. Engel is an advisor to a number of companies in Silicon Valley,
serving on: The Board of Directors for Aspect Communications, Beyondwork,
Memestreams, the Concours Group, and ON-SITE Dental Care; and the
Advisory Boards for Icarian Corporation, Brassring, and Kadiri.
She also serves the nonprofit community as: A board member for the
Community Foundation of SiliconValley, the Career Action Center,
and the Center for Innovation at Foothill College; Vice Chair for
the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits; Executive Fellow for the
Center of Technology and Innovation at Santa Clara University; Senior
Fellow and executive committee member of the Board for the American
Leadership Forum; and advisory board member for the Women of Silicon
Valley project.
Ms. Engel holds a Maters of Science Degree in Industrial Relations
from Iowa State University.

Judy Heyboer
Board of Advisors
Judy Heyboer provides Advanced-HR with advisory
assistance based on her 25 years of experience in both information
technology and biotechnology companies. Most recently, Ms.
Heyboer served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for
Genentech and, while there, managed the introduction of the entire
span of new program following the company's 1999 initial public
offering. She was a key figure in Genentech's recognition as
one of America's "100 Best Places to Work" by Fortune
Magazine.
Prior to joining Genentech, Ms. Heyboer spent almost two decades
with Acuson Corporation, which she joined in start-up phase to
create the Human Resources function, and Spectra Physics where she
spent in-depth time in each HR function.
Ms. Heyboer holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa
Clara University and Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees
from the University of Michigan.

Mark C. White
Board of Advisors
Mark C. White co-founded the Silicon Valley-based legal
firm of White & Lee in 1996, where he currently represents emerging
growth companies and investment funds on all matters relating to
the formation, financing, growth and liquidity of technology based
enterprises. Mr. White started his legal career as an attorney in
the Silicon Valley offices of Cooley Godward and also Fenwick &
West. Prior to his legal career, Mr. White worked as the Managing
Director of the International Trade division of the Harper Group,
a Fortune 500 company and was the founder of Campamericana, an international
travel operator based in Brussels, Belgium.
Mr. White has written several papers on emerging growth companies
and spoken in seminars organized by the Software Development Forum,
the Northern California Association of Harvard Business School,
the International Angels Institute, the Asian Business Association,
the EDA Consortium and other groups. Mr. White has also spoken on
in Singapore, the Peoples Republic of China and Malaysia.
Mr. White holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University, Graduate School
of Business and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley,
Boalt Hall School of Law.
