|
Portfolio companies specifically designated by the venture firm receive immediate access to essential information for a limited period of time. Companies will receive unlimited access to all Option Impact’s online survey reports for either a 3-month period or a 6-month period, depending on the subscription selected.
Prior to the end of the access period, Advanced-HR will contact each company to assist them with their own subscription.

Benefit for the Venture Firm’s Web Site
|
When subscribing to immediate access for specified portfolio companies, Advanced-HR will develop and host a co-branded interface that may be access directly from the venture firm’s web site.
Development fees based on all identity graphics being provided in web-ready form. Items such as resolving requests, refinement or rebuilding of client-supplied graphics billable at an hourly rate.

Option Impact’s annual subscription is pre-paid by the venture capital firm for at least 5 portfolio companies. Option Impact’s standard annual subscription is $1,700.
Portfolio companies have full access to Option Impact, including:
Unlimited access to all online survey reports; and
An integrated online application that enables new enterprises to manage their critical workforce information and capital structure.

Portfolio companies will be able to view limited executive stock and pay detail directly from Option Impact through secure logon.

When subscribing to online executive detail, Advanced-HR will develop and host a co-branded interface that may be access directly from the venture firm’s web site. Development fees are based on all identity graphics being provided in web-ready form. Items such as resolving requests, refinement or rebuilding of client-supplied graphics billable at an hourly rate.

Venture firms can provide a value-added benefit to their portfolio companies by subsidizing Option Impact’s subscription fees.
The cost of the subsidy is based on the number of pre-IPO companies in a venture firm’s fund(s).
A venture firm’s subsidy provides discounted fees for their portfolio companies based on capital raised.
$2M or more in capital raised:
$1,195 versus a standard subscription of $1,495.
Less than $2M in capital raised:
$845 versus a standard subscription of $995.

$4,000 annual cost for 20 – 50 portfolio companies
$5,000 annual cost for 51 – 100 portfolio companies
