How Option Impact Works
Companies use the System Input Wizard to enter detailed workforce information and capital structure into a Web-enabled mapping system with automated quality control. The Wizard's technology not only reduces the amount of time companies spend inputting this confidential information, it also assists them in making comparisons between specific jobs and relevant online survey data.

The Wizard transports the complete company information to a secure data mart where it is aggregated and stored for use in the Online Survey Reports. All of Option Impact's subscribers – including companies that use the system, venture firms, consulting practices and service providers – have access to the same exclusive source of competitive pay, stock and business benchmarks for companies that compensate with options. As new companies join our system and existing clients update information, Option Impact's data is refreshed on a bi-weekly basis to provide the most up-to-date information available.

For Pre-IPO companies, their workforce and capital structure information is transported to a secure Company View  interface that provides several unique features:

• An online application for tracking workforce information and the company's capital structure on an ongoing basis;

• Great reporting tools so company information can be easily accessed and analyzed;

• Easy import features for updating information on a regular basis; and

• A powerful, integrated export feature that enables companies to link competitive data to specific workforce information and download it to a desktop.
