Practices Survey Report

PwC and Cooley have joined Advanced-HR to jointly sponsor the Private Company Practices Report, providing information about company metrics and important practices spanning finance, legal and HR that are typically not addressed in other surveys.

The survey report is distributed each April, providing information by stage of company development for:

• Option Pricing and Valuation Methodology
• Change of Control and Severance Practices
• Equity Refresh Practices and Merit Budgets
• Board of Director Compensation
